STING
   Musician Sting kicks off his "Sacred Love" tour at 7:30 p.m. at James L. Knight Center, 400 SE Second Ave., Miami. Sting has sold nearly 95 million albums and been awarded 15 Grammy Awards. BETTE MIDLER
   Four-time Grammy award winner Bette Midler is hitting the road for the first time in four years with her Kiss My Brass tour. 8 p.m. Feb. 28 at Office Depot Center, 1 Panther Parkway, Sunrise. Ms. Midler will perform hits that have made her famous as well as selected songs from her recent release, "Bette Midler Sings The Rosemary Clooney Songbook."
