DANCE Wednesday 12/31 OceanDance 2003 Free event featuring Ballet Concierto de Puerto Rico, 9:30 p.m. Dec. 31 and 8 p.m. Jan. 1 at Hayes Street and the Broadwalk in Hollywood. At midnight on New Year's Eve, the sky will be aglow with pyrotechnics. A special VIP area featuring reserved, preferred seating and an open bar will be available both nights.
