"Visas for Life: The Righteous and Honorable Diplomats" features an untold story of the Holocaust: the dramatic story of diplomats from diverse cultures, countries and backgrounds who by the end of the war had saved hundreds of Jewish and refugee lives at the peril of their careers and, often, their lives. PHOTO EXHIBIT
The Wolfson Galleries at Miami Dade College present "Aperture Past/Future: Aperture at 50" Jan. 8-Feb. 13. The traveling exhibit premiered in Sotheby's New York in January with 170 stunning images from photographers published in Aperture magazine over the past half-century. The exhibit includes works from photographers such as Diane Arbus, Brassai, Robert Capa, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Graciela Iturbide, Dorothea Lange, Annie Leibovitz, Robert Mapplethorpe, Sebasti“o Salgado, Edward Weston and more.
