MIND YOUR MANNERS

The menu includes vegetable consommÈ, chicken and mushroom terrine, petit filet mignon with potato pureÈ and English peas, chocolate mousse cake with raspberry coulis and other gourmet treats. 5-7 p.m. The Wine Room at Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, 455 Grand Bay Drive. $48 per child includes a four-course meal, Mimi's Manners workbook, a printed menu, certificate of completion and all taxes and gratuities.
