DANCE Friday 12/12 'THE NUTCRACKER'Sugar Plum Fairies and Candy Canes dance on a holiday stage this season in Palm Beach, Miami-Dade and Broward counties. A beautifully decorated Christmas tree grows from 12 to 30 feet tall, winter snowflakes fall and a little doll magically comes alive to rescue a young girl in distress. Part of Miami City Ballet's production of George Balanchine's "The Nutcracker," production opens tomorrow at Jackie Gleason Theater; and Dec. 19 at Broward Center for the Performing Arts.
