COOKING DEMONSTRATION
   Chef Luci Rosende, Burdines Kitchen specialist, will give a free cooking demonstration at 1 p.m. at Burdines Dadeland, Home Gallery, at 7675 SW 88th St., Miami. Chef Rosende will demonstrate her culinary skills using T-Fal's new Professional Collection, inspired by Jamie Oliver, TV's "Naked Chef." The first 50 guests will receive goodie bags. AROUND THE WORLD DINNER
   Experts at Johnson & Wales University join forces with the Academy of Travel and Tourism to host the Around the World Dinner Tour and Auction. The fundraiser will benefit the academy's career-development programs at Homestead, Miami Beach and Miami Springs Senior High.
