FOREIGN ASSISTANCE LUNCHEON
The Institute will host a luncheon/discussion, featuring "Foreign Assistance in a Transitional Cuba: The Role of Volunteerism and Non-governmental Organizations." Moderator will be Jaime Suchlicki of the Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American Studies and Emilio Bacardi Moreau, professor of history and international studies.
