ART Thursday 7/31 DUO EXHIBITThe Art Museum at Florida International university presents its "Florida Artists: Painting and Installation" exhibit, featuring works by Florida artists Bill Burke and James Couper, through Aug. 20. ROME PRIZE The American Academy in Rome invites applicants for its Rome Prize competition through Nov. 1. Fellowships are awarded in the following fields: architecture, design, historic preservation and conservation, landscape architecture, literature, musical composition, visual arts, ancient studies, medieval studies, Renaissance and Early Modern studies and modern Italian studies.
