SONGWRITERS' WORKSHOPS
   Music publishers and songwriters Arthur Braun and Richard Gillinson will be conducting an on-going weekly series of songwriters' workshops, discussing fundamentals and techniques for writing commercial songs such as structure and lyric writing. HAITIAN MUSIC AWARDS
   The Haitian Awareness & Cultural Foundation presents the 7 th Annual Haitian Music & Entertainment Awards 2003. The event will commemorate the Bicentennial of the Republic of Haiti's 200 years of independence. The night begins on the red carpet, 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the James L.
