SECTS AND THE CITY
   No, this has nothing to do with the popular HBO series with the slightly different title. "Sects and the City" is an overview of the groups with novel concepts and ideologies or rap sheets that have made local, national and international news. The series looks back at the histories of sects including Hare Krishnas and Santerias. Tuesdays and Thursdays through Jan. 30. 1 p.m.-3 p.m. at the Miami-Dade Public Library program room, 101 W.
