WXEL TV/Radio Station, in Palm Beach are holding their Fifth Annual Book Drive through Dec. 31. Hundreds of books will be distributed to at-risk children from birth through eleven years of age. The International Library of Photography presents the International Open Amateur Photography Contest. Open to all photographers in the Miami area, particularly beginners who'd like to take a crack at more than 1,300 prizes. Deadline for submission is Dec. 31. To enter, send one photograph in only one of the following categories: People, Travel, Pets, Children, Sports, Nature, Action, Humor, Portraiture, or Other.
