FAIRNESS HEARING
   To create a more small-business friendly regulatory enforcement environment between federal agencies and small businesses, the US Congress has directed the Small Business Advisory (SBA) and the National Ombudsman to hold Regulatory Enforcement Fairness hearings. Concerns and complaints aired at hearing will be forwarded to high-level federal officials for review and response.
