SHARE-A-HAIRCUT
   Third annual hair cutter program seeks donations for back-to-school haircuts for needing children in 65 salons in South Florida. For every paid trim through Aug. 15 a free cut will be donated through the Department of Children & Families. The goal regionally is 4,000 haircuts worth $40,000.
