ARTCENTER/SOUTH FLORIDA
   924 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach. (305) 674-8278. Affordable work & exhibition space is provided to more than 80 visual artists through a juried program. "ArtStudies" classes in various media at several artistic levels are available. The center runs galleries at 800 and 924 Lincoln and studios at 800, 810 and 924 Lincoln Road. Open 1-11 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 1-9 p.m. Sunday.
BAKEHOUSE ART COMPLEX
   561 NW 32nd St. (305) 576-2828. About 90 artists — painters, sculptors, ceramicists, dyers, papermakers, glassworkers, photographers and jewelers — work and exhibit in their studios and main gallery in the renovated '20s bakery buildings. Studio hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily. Open house is 1-5 p.m. on the second Sunday of each month.
