   A seven-hour visual and performing arts celebration billed as a multi-cultural, multi-lingual salute to the arts. Includes the Carnival Cruise Lines Family Festival and fireworks by the Ocean Drive Association at midnight along 10th Street and Ocean Drive. Procession at 8:30 p.m. Venues include the Lincoln Theater, the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens, Hall C of the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Colony Theater, Miami Beach Community Church and Temple Emanu-El. $10; $5 for youngsters 6-12 admits bearer to all indoor performances and special activities.
