by the City of Miami Beach Cultural Arts Council. Highlights include

new exhibit at Wolfsonian FIU, concert by Big Brooklyn Red at the

Euclid Oval and guided tours of new Miami City Ballet venue every

30 minutes from 6-9 p.m. Opening ceremony with Mayor Neisan Kasdin

at 6 p.m. includes performance by the South Florida Composers Alliance

exhibit, "Tribal Spirits" by Felipe Lettersten, will be

used in a showcase by the South Florida Composers Alliance to create

by the alliance’s artistic director, Gustavo Matamoros, who will play
