Highlights include new exhibit at Wolfsonian FIU, concert by Big Brooklyn Red at the Euclid Oval and guided tours of new Miami City Ballet venue every 30 minutes from 6-9 p.m. Opening ceremony with Mayor Neisan Kasdin at 6 p.m. includes performance by the South Florida Composers Alliance to go with a.come-specific sound installation.
