SAKS FIFTH AVENUE CHARITY SHOPPING EVENT
   Kick-off party. Council of Fashion Designers of America joins Saks for "Fashion Targets Breast Cancer" benefit with 2% of proceeds from sales at 62 stores donated to cancer funds. Mount Sinai Medical Center's Cancer Lifeline will be the beneficiary in the Miami area. Plans call for cocktails, a fashion show and medical roundtables, through Sept. 24.
