MOVING SOUTH: S.Com Inc., a telecommunications and information
technology staffing firm in San Francisco, opened a regional office
in Miami at 5201 Blue Lagoon Drive. Executives say they will direct

SUSHI SITE: Miami-based Japanese restaurant
Benihana Inc. launched Sushidoraku.com. The website, which means
the "joy of sushi," provides users with details about
the food chain and facts & history about sushi, promoters say. The
website was launched in conjunction with Benihana's new sushi theme
restaurant, Sushi Doraku.
FORBES LIST: Boca Raton-based e-Builder,
a provider of Internet-based construction management applications,
was chosen by Forbes magazine as one of its 200 favorite business-to-business
companies. More than 1,000 companies submitted applications to the

Executives from e-Builder say they have also formed a strategic
alliance with CGN eServices, a systems integration company. CGN

In light of a growing interest in intellectual property concerns
and the Internet, executives have launched PatentCafe.com. The site
is an intellectual property and security portal devoted to digital

TWO MORE: Weston-based Semtor, an Internet
solutions company, signed SportingArena.com and ProcessMap.com as
its newest clients. SportingArena.com is a web-based community for
participants, coaches and spectators of sports, Semtor publicists
say, while ProcessMap.com is a provider of end-to-end chemical information
