Mayor’s budget targeting sea levels, transportation and safety; no layoffs

Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Giménez on Monday unveiled his proposed $7.867 billion 2018-19 county budget, emphasizing a commitment to safety, transportation, and sea level rise and hurricane resiliency.
