Legality at stake as Coral Gables tries to flee Miami-Dade parking pact

Coral Gables may be headed for prickly territory in moving to break its existing parking violation code agreement with Miami-Dade County, according to Clerk of Courts Harvey Ruvin, who said it “would be a huge step backwards” for all involved – and potentially illegal.
