Express buses to roll on 836 and 874 shoulders in late winter

Express buses are expected to start zipping down the shoulder lanes of State Roads 836 and 874 by February or March.
The vehicles are to depart from West Dade’s Dolphin Station Park and Ride Transit Facility and head to the Miami Intermodal Center, bordering Miami International Airport, as well as downtown.
