You could turn the entire south side of the Port into one helluva of a tourist entertainment zone complete with a magnificent convention center with stunning waterside views, a fabulous marina and a string of detination casino hotels with a links golf course running from Bayside to Fisher Island along the front boulevard. The Cruise Terminal would stay intact on the North side….. and the county’s boatowners could have so much more boat marina space.
